Supporting Cognitive Awareness & Self-Regulation
Neurowellness at Inspiring Choices focuses on education and structured practices that support awareness of how the brain and nervous system respond to daily stress, movement, sleep, and lifestyle factors.
The brain and body continuously adapt to environmental input. By learning practical strategies for attention, relaxation, communication, and self-regulation, individuals may develop greater insight into their patterns of thinking and behaviour.
Neurowellness services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
As part of this broader framework, supervised hyperbaric oxygen sessions may be explored as an adjunct wellness modality. Hyperbaric oxygen temporarily increases the amount of dissolved oxygen in the bloodstream under controlled conditions. Research has examined how this environment interacts with tissue oxygen availability and physiological signalling pathways.
In the context of neurowellness, HBOT is positioned as a supportive environmental exposure rather than a treatment. It does not diagnose or treat neurological or psychological conditions.
