iHeart Program
The iHeart Program is a structured 24-week personal development and wellbeing course designed to support self-awareness, communication skills, and lifestyle balance.
The program draws on concepts from psychology, behavioural science, and social learning theory to explore how individuals relate to themselves and others. It focuses on practical skill development in areas such as reflection, emotional awareness, communication, and goal setting.
The iHeart Program is educational in nature and is not a medical or psychological treatment.
